By signing up and completing registration for the Love Penang Run 2026, the participant unconditionally agrees to abide by all Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Regulations set forth by the Penang Forward Sports Club ("Organizer").
All registration details provided must be true, accurate, and complete. Submission of false details will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of entitlements without refund. Race slots and bib numbers are strictly non-transferable.
The participant warrants that they are in good physical condition, have undergone sufficient training, and are able to safely participate. The participant is fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in the event—including overexertion, dehydration, traffic hazards, and the possibility of serious physical trauma, injury, or death—and fully releases the Organizer from all liabilities.
All entry fees paid are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant is able to start or finish the event, or if the event is impacted by unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).
Participants must clearly display their assigned race bib on the front of their body at all times. Pets, inline skates, roller shoes, skateboards, and push carts are strictly prohibited on the race course. Participants must follow all instructions given by race marshals and security personnel.
Photography and filming will take place at the event for marketing and promotional purposes across official websites and social media channels. By participating, you grant the Organizer full rights to use your likeness and images captured without monetary compensation.
